Purpose
This social media guide is designed to help San Diego County Childhood Obesity Initiative (SDCOI) partners effectively promote the 5210+ campaign using consistent branding and messaging. The campaign focuses on encouraging healthy habits among children and their families by promoting everyday healthy habits: 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 2 hours or less of recreational screen time, 1 hour or more of physical activity, 0 sugary beverages (drink more water), and 8-14 hours of sleep depending on age.
